There is something quite special about owning a vehicle that was built right here in the United States. It might be that you know the vehicle was built to our standards, or that your vehicle helped a United States worker put food on their table. Either way, Ford has plenty of vehicles that they build right here in the States.
With that said, in this article, we will detail all of them, what plant they are built in, and what city the assembly plant is built out of.
Wayne, Michigan
1. Ford Bronco
The Ford Bronco is one of my favorite new vehicles on the market, with its offroad chops, and fantastic on-road capabilities, this is one of the best SUVs out there right now. This is topped off by being built right here in the USA, and more specifically in the Michigan Assembly Plant in Wayne, Michigan.

2. Ford Escape
With the Ford Escape being the more sedan-like option to the more rugged Ford Bronco Sport, it is selling quickly to many in more urban settings. With a great budget price point and plenty of options to choose from, it is a great option for those looking for a great commuter. Thankfully, Ford is still keeping this compact SUV's production here in the USA by building it in the Kansas City Assembly in Claycomo, Missouri.

3. Ford Expedition
The Ford Expedition is the largest SUV offered by the blue oval, and it is also built in the United States! You can choose from either the shorter wheelbase, or the Max version (the long wheelbase), and can get a plethora of awesome options to build it out. This massive SUV is built in the heart of the USA, in Louisville, Kentucky.

4. Ford Explorer
The newest generation of the Explorer made the switch back to a rear-wheel drive layout, which made this vehicle extremely competitive, and fun to drive. Having owned multiple last-generation Explorers this vehicle makes for an awesome all-around vehicle for your day-to-day life. It also has the benefit of being built in the Chicago Assembly plant in (you guessed it) Chicago, Illinois.

5. Ford F-150
The F-150 is synonymous with pickup trucks in the USA and is even the most sold vehicle on this side of the pacific. The newest generation has tons of awesome features, such as an onboard generator, seats that lean back, and even a fold-out table to work on. All of these features are installed and the truck is put together in the Dearborn Assembly Plant, in Dearborn, Michigan, as well as the Kansas City Assembly in Claycomo, Missouri.

6. Ford F-150 Lightning
As Ford's first foray into a fully electric pickup truck, they didn't risk too much and turned their best-selling F-150 into the Lightning! This truck is quite similar to the gas version but has a frunk under the hood, and batteries under the bed of the pickup truck (I am heavily simplifying this here). This pickup is built right alongside the standard F-150 in the Dearborn Assembly Plant, in Dearborn, Michigan.

7. Ford Mustang
The Ford Mustang is the most sold sports car in the world, and for good reason! Ranging from the base level, and affordable Mustangs, all the way to the Shelby GT500 with over 700 horsepower, you can pick and choose exactly what you want out of this pony car. You also can know that you are helping out USA workers, as this sports car is built in Flat Rock, Michigan at the Flat Rock Assembly Plant.

8. Ford Ranger
The Ford Ranger is the Blue Oval's mid-size pickup alternative to the F-150 (no longer the compact size, as the Maverick, took that spot), and it is an awesome pickup at that. The truck is built right alongside its platform brother, the Ford Bronco at the Michigan Assembly Plant in Wayne, Michigan.

9. Ford Super Duty
If you are looking to get some serious work done, you might want to take a look at the Super Duty pickups from Ford! These have some of the best towing and payload capacities on the market, and you can choose between the entry-level F-250 or the F-350, knowing that they are built right here in the USA. These pickups are built in Louisville, Kentucky at the Kentucky Truck Assembly plant.

Conclusion
This was a fun article to put together and find out exactly where in the USA each of these vehicles is built. It is awesome to know that when you buy one of the vehicles on this list, you know you are supporting a USA worker at the same time.
